So it's been a month since my last post. I am totally crap at this blogging business. Anyway, my life has been pretty dull so there hasn't been a huge amount to talk about.

I've been occupied by work. Less time to idle away hours reading and writing blog entries. Been going to the gym with a bit more dedication than in the past and I think results are being seen. A few compliments have been passed and my clothes tell me that waist is getting tighter and arm shoulder and back muscles are getting bigger.
